Happy Senior 60+ Pilates Class

This slower paced controlled but challenging  whole body workout is designed especially for seniors.  Gentle on the joint, concentrating on improving posture, increasing endurance, strength and balance. Small equipment will be used to keep the class interesting and fun. It’s safe for people with osteoporosis, arthritis and other various aliments.

Dynamic Pilates

During this class you will work through all planes of movement to condition every muscle of your body with this challenging, fast-paced but control series of exercises. Build strength, stability and mobility from head to toe with this repertoire. You will build support inside out. Within few sessions your strength and endurance will improve due to working on your powerhouse and you will notice difference in how you feel and look.

Folks, it's going to be a little different because covid. We will have reduced seating in the hall for those who can show proof of vaccination. We will have seating outside the hall for anyone who prefers the fresh air.
